Mortar, Player Miner, Research, Fossils and PvP: how it works
Beyond your pickaxe, several side systems add extra power. The Mortar, Player Miner, Research and Fossils all boost your mining, and the PvP world is there when you want a fight.
How to open it: Use /mortar, /miner, /research and /fossils. Store grenades with /miscstorage and enter the PvP world with /pvp.
There are currently 24 fossils, 8 Research blueprints, 6 killstreak rewards and 19 custom PvP enchants.
- Mortar: A cannon tied to your mine that fires while you mine and sets off 3 of your enchants.
- Player Miner: A personal NPC that mines your mine and can trigger your enchants.
- Research: Research Parts that drop while mining upgrade Blueprints worth up to +7x Tokens, Gems and Essence.
- Fossils: 24 fossils in six rarities that boost currencies, and level to 60 with up to 30 more from Research.
- Grenades: Throwables that pay Tokens, and the Legendary one clears and resets your whole mine.
- Airstrike Beacon: Calls 10 to 16 missiles onto your mine for Tokens.
- PvP world: An unbreakable diamond kit, keep-inventory and 1 PvP Point per kill.
Note: The Player Miner only mines while you are online.
Tips
- You can build the Mortar at pickaxe level 150 with 75,000 blocks mined and Token Miner level 5,000.
- Mortar upgrades unlock through progress milestones, not currency.
- Player Miner upgrades go to level 10 and cost Essence, Tokens and Gems.
- PvP killstreaks give a random reward and reset when you die.
Example: Research Parts exchange 5 for 1 up a rarity. So 1 Mythical part takes 5 Legendary, 25 Epic, 125 Rare or 625 Common parts.
Mortar, Player Miner, Research, Fossils and PvP
The Mortar fires while you mine and sets off three of your enchants at once. The Player Miner is an NPC that mines alongside you while you are online. Research Parts that drop while mining upgrade permanent Blueprints worth up to +7x Tokens, Gems and Essence. Fossil Generators hatch and level 24 collectible fossils.
The separate PvP world has its own kit, 19 custom PvP enchants, killstreak rewards and a PvP Points shop with cosmetics, boxes, trait tickets and perk points.
Mortar upgrades
The Mortar (/mortar) is a cannon tied to your mine. Build it at pickaxe level 150 with 75,000 blocks mined and Token Miner level 5,000. While you mine it can fire, setting off 3 of your pickaxe enchants and giving a short Token or Gem boost. Upgrades unlock through progress milestones, not currency.

Player Miner upgrades
The Player Miner (/miner) is a personal NPC that mines your mine while you are online. Its blocks count as your mining and can trigger your pickaxe enchants. It levels 1 to 100 from blocks you mine yourself, and each upgrade goes to level 10, paid in Essence, Tokens and Gems.

Research blueprints
Research (/research) upgrades Blueprints with Research Parts that drop while mining. Parts come in Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythical; 5 of one rarity exchange into 1 of the next.

Fossils
Fossil Generators hatch or upgrade fossils (/fossils). There are 24 fossils across six rarities, each boosting currencies such as Tokens, Gems, Money, enchant proc, enchant crit or Salvage Points. Fossils go to level 60 (up to +30 more from Research) and upgrade with Essence and duplicates.

Grenades and airstrikes
Throwable items for your own mine that pay Tokens scaled by your pickaxe level. Store them with /miscstorage.

PvP world killstreaks
The PvP world (/pvp) gives you an unbreakable diamond kit, keeps your inventory on death and pays 1 PvP Point per kill. Killstreaks give a random reward and reset on death. PvP armor and swords take 19 custom enchants bought with Tokens.
