TalonMCPersonal Mines: How They Work and Every Upgrade
Short answer: Every player gets a private mine on TalonMC Prison. How it works, mine size and value upgrades, mine skins and the Prestige Shop. Play it at play.talonmc.net on Java and Bedrock.

Personal Mines: how it works
Every player owns one private mine, so you never fight anyone for blocks. There is no selling: every block you mine pays money straight into your balance, and upgrades make your mine bigger and more valuable.
How to open it: Type /mine to teleport to your mine, then /mine again for the mine menu. Use /mine reset to refill it, /mine skin for skins and /prestigeupgrade for upgrades.
There are currently 9 Prestige Upgrades and 8 mine skins.
- Block Sell Price: Adds $10 per block per level and unlocks better-looking blocks, up to $1,500 extra at level 150.
- Mine Size: Makes your mine wider and slightly deeper, up to 20 blocks more per side at level 120.
- Token, Gem and Essence Boost: Each adds 0.10x of its currency per level, up to 2.0x at level 20.
- Combo Mastery: Your Combo meter fills 20% faster per level, up to 500% at level 25.
- Prestige Scholar: Adds 5% Prestige Points per level, up to 100% at level 20.
- Auto-Open Lucky Blocks: A one-level upgrade that opens your lucky blocks for you once they are charged.
- Prestige Shop: Sells Weekly Crates, a permanent money multiplier, Credits, Booster Crates and Salvage Crates for Prestige Points.
Note: Prestige Upgrades reset on rebirth, so you buy them again after each one.
Tips
- Block Sell Price and Mine Size must stay within 5 levels of each other until one is maxed.
- Your mine refills by itself once 30% to 70% is mined, and you choose the point. The default is 30%.
- The Prestige Shop at
/prestigeshoprestocks every day at 3PM ET, and prices rise after each purchase. - At Prestige 25M you can pick your own custom blocks for your mine.
Example: Each block pays $100 base plus your Block Sell Price bonus. At max level 150, that is $1,600 per block before your money boosts.
How personal mines work
Every player owns one private mine. The first /mine of a session teleports you there; after that /mine opens the mine menu with teleport, reset, auto reset, skin and upgrade buttons.
A new mine is about 25x25 blocks across and 50 blocks deep. The Mine Size upgrade widens it up to 20 blocks more on each side, and each rebirth raises the minimum size by 2 (up to +12).
There is no selling. Every block pays straight into your balance: $100 base plus your Block Sell Price bonus, multiplied by your money boosts and rebirth boost. Every block type pays the same; the Block Sell Price upgrade also changes which blocks fill your mine, from stone and ores up to rainbow terracotta and a final vault palette.
Your mine refills automatically once 30% to 70% of it is mined (you choose, default 30%), or with /mine reset on a 30 second cooldown. There are 8 mine skins, and at Prestige 25M you can pick your own custom blocks.

Prestige Upgrades for your personal mine
Prestige Upgrades are bought with Prestige Points in /prestigeupgrade (or straight from the /mine menu). They are reset on rebirth. Block Sell Price and Mine Size must stay within 5 levels of each other until one is maxed.

Personal Mines FAQ
How do I upgrade my mine?
Spend Prestige Points on Mine Size and Block Sell Price in /prestigeupgrade or the /mine menu, or leave Auto Upgrade on. The two must stay within 5 levels of each other until one is maxed.
How big can my mine get?
It starts about 25x25 and 50 deep, and the Mine Size upgrade (max level 120) adds up to 20 blocks per side.
How do mine bosses spawn?
By hand-mining in your own mine: the base chance is 1 in 18,000 blocks, improved to 1 in 15,000 with the Boss Hunter enchant at level 1,000. No mine bosses spawn in the 5 minutes before a Mega Boss.
