Season 9 started on 12 September 2026. Season 8 ran from 1 August to 9 September 2026.

Skyblock is about building an island and leveling skills from almost nothing. Gens is about placing generators that produce items, upgrading them up a tier ladder and selling the output. TalonMC runs both.

Address play.talonmc.net, port 19132. Add it in the Servers tab, join, and pick Skyblock in the hub.

Island Skyblock in the RPG style: you build out your own island and level five skills. It is not OneBlock.

Skills, enchants and island upgrades are earned by playing; the store sells boosts and convenience, not levels or enchants. The store sells Credits, cosmetics, crates and the Plus+ subscription, and voting gives free keys every day.

Build an island spawner farm that feeds chunk hoppers and auto sell chests; it sells drops automatically every few seconds. Early on, grind any skill with its Auto Sell enchant and claim money milestones in /skills.

Farming, Combat, Mining, Fishing and Foraging. Each has its own Harvester tool, skill coin, enchants and prestiges.

Every skill uses its own XP curve, so it depends on your setup; Farming is the easiest start because you can do it on your own island from level 1. Grind whichever skill matches the current Skill Training or Coin Frenzy event for extra speed.

Reach the skill's level cap with a full XP bar, then prestige it from /skills by paying skill coins and money. The skill restarts at level 1 with a higher cap and a one-time reward.

Each skill goes up to Prestige 10, where the level cap is 1,600. The cap starts at 300 at Prestige 0.

The first prestige of any skill costs 5B of that skill's coins plus 1B money. /skillprices shows every later cost.

Only that skill's level and XP, which go back to level 1. You keep your tool, claimed rewards, coins and money, and unclaimed rewards are collected first.

Start with Crop Coin Finder, Crop Crusher and Vein Farmer, which the lore says to max early. Later, Crop Nuke, Crop God, Crop Rain, Crop Miracle, Green Surge and Harvest Festival virtually harvest huge batches of crops.

Multi Kill and Lightning early, then Hydrogen Bomb, Combat Nuke and the prestige enchants Mother of Mobs, Insanity Surge, Soul Echo, Extinction, Ragnarok and Oblivion, which slay hundreds to thousands of mobs at once.

Chain Strike, Earthquake and Shatter early, then Colossal Bomb, Nuke, Supernova, Fault Line and Stellar Collapse as you prestige Mining.

Fishing: Bait, Tidal Wave and Poseidon's Trident early, then Kraken, Mirrored Waters, Neptune's Blessing, Undertow and Leviathan. Foraging: Grove Cleaver early, then Grove God, Elderwood, Worldroot, Yggdrasil, Titanwood, Branchfall and World Breaker.

120 across the hoe, sword, pickaxe, axe, fishing rod and shovel, and 29 of them unlock at a skill prestige.

Buy them in /shop under Spawners, earn them from skill and island milestones, or find them with the Spawner Finder enchants. Early Farming and other skill rewards include Iron Golem and Villager spawners.

Yes. /freekits has a one-time Catchup kit with 32 Villager Spawners, a Collector Chest, Fire Scrolls and two Skill XP boosters.

Up to 250 per spawner block, or 400 when the island owner has Plus. Your island total starts at 125 and rises to 75,125 with Spawner Limit upgrades.

No. Spawners only run while someone is in your island world, so the farm earns while you or a member is on the island.

Minions are earned as rewards and come as Mining Minions in Common, Rare or Legendary rarity. Place one in front of a cobblestone generator, then upgrade it through 10 tiers with money and skill coins.

A 24 hour boost: +55% all skill coins, +45% money and skill XP, a second pet slot, a chance at 2x crops, blocks and mobs, and bits for /bitsshop.

Only while a Booster Cookie is active: you earn 1 bit per 950 crops, 650 mobs, 850 mined blocks, 750 fish or 11,000 logs.

It is a weekly competition that ranks islands by island worth gained that week, on separate Solo and Co-op boards. Check it with /is top.

Every Saturday at 3:10 PM Eastern time.

Place value blocks, from Iron (5,000 each) up to Lapis (100B each), bought in /shop or produced by Random Generators. Only value above your island's previous best counts for the weekly top.

At island level caps of 100, 200 and 500 you prestige the island to keep levelling, up to 1,750. Each of the three prestiges gives a point for a permanent +5% sell-chest, spawner or crop boost.

Invite players with /is invite and confirm, which turns your island into a co-op island for up to 7 members (8 with the Team Size upgrade). Roles and /is permissions control what members can do.

Yes. Solo islands have their own Solo board and also count on the Co-op board, and solo islands need less XP per island level.

Season 9 started 12 September 2026 and no end date is set in the game yet. The next season date and reset details are announced on the TalonMC Discord.

Every 30 minutes 3 events run at once for 30 minutes, drawn from Coin Frenzy, Payday, Skill Training, Island Growth, Armor Training, Pet Training, Enchant Frenzy and Spawner Frenzy.

Pets hatch from Normal or Hero eggs. Normal pets give a passive boost such as money or a skill coin; Hero pets like Zeus, Poseidon and Sylvanus proc big virtual kills, catches or harvests. Rarer pets level higher, up to level 100 for Pristine.

You have one armor set that levels up from every skill action and evolves from Common to Insanity+ at level 100, raising its Skill XP and All Coins boosts each level.

Auto Sell Chests sell everything put in them on a timer, from every 15 seconds for Common to every 0.1 seconds for Mythical. Pair them with chunk hoppers to sell spawner drops automatically.

Every vote gives 3 Divine Keys, and streak days pay Credits, Skill Crates and a Booster Cookie on day 30.

The Season 9 battle pass started 12 September 2026 and runs for 6 weeks with free and premium tracks. Earn pass XP by grinding skills and finishing pass quests.
